I Tita, A Life of Tango is an enjoyable film. It is an Argentinian film directed by Maria Teresa Constantini who is also the screenwriter. Mercedes Funes, Damian De Santo and Esther Goris are a few of the lead actors that starred in the film. The acting in the movie was powerful and conveyed how heavy the price of fame can be.
The film is about a talented actress, singer and dancer Laura Ana Merello who started from the bottom and made her way to the top taking a couple of famous Argentinian lovers along the way. This is the story of anyone trying to make it. There are artists, past and present, who have felt very low and only hard work and perseverance gets them what they want.
The cinematography and editing in the film heightened the drama of the film and served the climax and turning points well. But the heart of the film is with the actors, they give it everything they have, and it shines through.
Highly recommend!
